Ingredients



    2 anchovy fillets crowded in oil, exhausted
    3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons uncharged capers
    2 1/2 cups (packed) hot flat-leaf parsley leaves, pronged
    1/4 cup (or more) achromatic intoxicant acetum
